Funding and Networks

Explore how the University of Rochester advances international research and teaching collaborations through the Global Partnership Fund, engages with the Worldwide Universities Network, and leads in global emergency response initiatives.

Global Partnership Fund (GPF)

The GPF was established to promote research and scholarly collaboration across the globe, focusing on relationships that are scalable and sustainable and will likely lead to future research and academic outputs (e.g., joint publications, grants and other funding, co-teaching, etc.). Awards are available primarily to support University academic and research faculty to offset the costs of international research and teaching collaboration, either at Rochester or abroad.

Worldwide Universities Network (WUN)

The University of Rochester is a member of WUN, a consortium comprising 24 global universities. WUN facilitates interdisciplinary research groups, supports overseas research visits, and organizes various events, conferences, and seminars. Learn more about how we collaborate with the WUN.
